The Company expects to apply for Federal Transit Authority Grant funds to assist with the initial costs of design and development of the Hybrid PT System. Construction and implementation is expected to be funded by public financing once a standard protocol is adopted for both Hybrid PT vehicles and infrastructure. The U.S. Department of Transportation will be invited to participate in Grid vehicle, and Grid System, design as part of a partnership to utilize Interstate Highway air rights effectively.
