Much like “Speed Pass” or similar electronic toll packages, a transponder permanently installed on the underside of a Hybrid PT compliant vehicle will discretely allow law enforcement personnel access to secure information regarding who goes where and when. A parent with a discrete code could monitor the progress of a child driving on the Grid.
